Möbius call for manuscripts offers fantasy authors the chance to publish their first cross-media literary work
Möbius launches its call for manuscripts looking for the best short original fantasy stories. The winning author will receive 1500€ in-kind prize and the opportunity to publish their literary work as an innovative cross-media production involving 3D-audio, original artwork and virtual reality.
The eligibility conditions to participate are that the manuscript must be an unpublished work with a maximum length of 6.000 characters (including spaces), participants must be of legal age (>18) and residents or citizens of EU-27 countries plus associated countries or in process of becoming associated to Horizon Europe.
The text should be written in English, Italian and/or Spanish and each participating author has a maximum of two (2) submissions. The call will be open until 15th of January 2022.
Möbius will allow writers to jump into a utopic world and imagine a different future. The initiative is linked to the New European Bauhaus, which is “a creative and interdisciplinary initiative that creates a meeting space to design future lifestyles, at the crossroads between art, culture, social inclusion, science and technology.” as stated by the European Commission.
