In light of the European research project Möbius, imec-SMIT is looking for fan fiction enthusiasts to participate in an online group interview on experiences with fan fiction and new reading experiences. Are you interested? If so, please let us hear from you!

Who are we looking for? Real adepts who write fanfic stories themselves, read them, are active in online communities, but also sporadic lurkers are welcome. In-depth knowledge isn’t required! For the convenience of the study, participants must be at least 18+, in compliance with the European GDPR.

What is it about? We will talk about your experiences with fan fiction and your opinion about new reading experiences.

Where and how? We would like to invite you to an online focus group on Thursday 16/09 at 20:00 until 21:30. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation with additional information about the study.

Data collection? During the interview, both audio and video will be recorded for future research purposes The recordings will be used for transcription by the researchers of imec-SMIT only. All participant data will be pseudonimised or anonymised.
